## About Wyoming Oakwood Townhomes

Set among mature oak, pine and birch trees, Wyoming Oakwood Townhomes has a calm, peaceful feel that is a perfect place to come home to. The community consists of 24 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom townhomes that feature an attached garage, a private entryway, and patio. The location is close to the Carlos Avery Wildlife Management area, many lakes and snowmobile trails sure to allow the sports enthusiast a wide variety of activities. Wyoming Oakwood Townhomes also affords easy access to Interstate 35 and Highway 8.

The townhomes at Wyoming Oakwood are NOT SUBSIDIZED; the rent is NOT based on income.  In order to qualify for an income-eligible home, the gross income of the household cannot exceed income guidelines.   These guidelines can be found on the availability page.
