We will verify your identity before fulfilling any request and respond within the timeframe required by law.
Leasing inquiries – 2 years from last interaction.
Approved applications & tenancy records – length of the lease + 7 years (accounting/legal).
Marketing-list data – until you unsubscribe or 24 months after last engagement.
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymise the data.
We host data in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or similar safeguards for EEA/UK/Brazil transfers.
We implement:
TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit;
AES-256 encryption at rest (HubSpot CMS, AWS S3, etc.);
Role-based staff access;
Annual penetration tests and continuous vulnerability scanning.
No internet transmission is 100 % secure, but we strive to protect your data using industry-standard measures.
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where GDPR applies). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us to delete it.
