No confidential information. Do not upload trade secrets or sensitive personal data outside the designated secure application forms.
The Site may contain links to sites run by third parties (e.g., credit-check portals, social networks). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota (USA), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Venue. Any dispute shall be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
International users. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws and waive any objection to venue as described above.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users.
Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect.
