Timber Ridge Townhomes participates in the Section 42 tax credit program. THE TOWNHOMES AT TIMBER RIDGE ARE NOT SUBSIDIZED; THE RENT IS NOT BASED ON INCOME. In order to qualify for an income-eligible home, the gross income of the household cannot exceed the following income guidelines. Income limits are based on household sizes and are as follows:
1 occupant = $49,320
2 occupants = $56,340
3 occupants = $63,360
4 occupants = $70,380
5 occupants = $76,020
6 occupants = $81,660
Only those listed on the lease will be allowed to live in the townhome.
Northstar Residential’s screening process is careful and thorough. We perform credit and criminal background checks and contact current and former landlords. We verify income and assure compliance with housing assistance programs, when applicable.
Our familiarity with the requirements of the many federal and state housing programs and occupancy guidelines, such as HUD and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, assures full compliance with Regulatory Agreements and Fair Housing requirements.
